Get your pumpkin fix with this healthy, easy and delicious pumpkin pie smoothie.

Makes 1 serving

Gather:
1-2 frozen bananas
Half a can of organic pumpkin puree
Good sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp blackstrap molasses

Make:
Put everything into your high speed blender and cover with water. Blend & enjoy!
