These recipes will keep for 4-5 days sealed in your refrigerator.
Basic Vinaigrette Dressing:
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Fresh ground black pepper
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Whisk to combine.
Lemon-Tahini Dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Approx 1/3 cup filtered water.
Blend.
