Hi, I’m Cori!
I support men and women become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. My mission is to help people who want to have optimum nutrition, more energy, less stress, and feel great! I offer health & nutrition coaching, private cooking classes, kitchen makeovers and private yoga instruction.
My story starts in 2013 when I began my holistic health and nutrition studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. This education equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.
After earning my certification as an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, I completed my certification in the Professional Plant-Based Cooking from Rouxbe. I’m all about eating delicious, healthy food that is simple and easy to prepare.
I had spent more than 20 years stressing out about my diet in my quest for thinness, and dealing with chronic allergies and digestive issues. Adopting a whole foods plant-based diet healed my health problems and solved my weight concerns. By the way, I don’t really consider eating healthy, nourishing foods a “diet” or in any way restrictive – it’s a lifestyle.
When I’m not geeking out on nutrition or getting creative in the kitchen, I’m hanging with my husband Nick and our fabulous rescue dogs Luke and Duke. I’m also a dedicated yogini that offers private and public classes in the Denver/Golden Colorado area – check out my current schedule here. Here on my blog, I share where making nutritionally-dense, clean, whole food and plant-based meals don’t have to sacrifice deliciousness!
