Denver Community Acupuncture
If you haven’t tried acupuncture yet, you must! I’ve used acupuncture to treat issues like insomnia, back pain and joint swelling. Payment is on a sliding scale, so it’s affordable.
Base Coat Nail Salon
I don’t treat myself to pedicures very often, but when I do, I spring for this place. It doesn’t smell like chemicals and they use plant-based, clean products.
Taspen’s Organics Face & Body Products
I’m kind of obsessed with their products! I use their face wash and lotion, as well as their oil blends. I swear by their “breath easy” blend when I have a cold or allergies. Local Colorado company.
Yummy vegan food with fresh ingredients in a beautiful open-air setting. This restaurant is vegetarian, but can accommodate vegan and/or gluten-free on most items. (Denver, CO)
Make Believe Bakery
My treat place – all items are vegan and most are gluten-free. Cupcakes, cookies, breads that you seriously won’t believe are vegan and gluten-free. (Denver, CO)
The Juicing Tree
Organic, fresh and local cold-pressed juices. The Lohi location is run out a cute little shack. The Yogi juice is my fave.
Calm Meditation App
This is the meditation tool I use. You can pick a calming background, music and time your meditation. They also have guided meditations as well.
Jade Yoga Mats
Kinda pricey but if you practice yoga a few times a week so worth it. Grippy and thick.
S’well Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle – 25 oz.
Goes everywhere with me & I get compliments on it all of the time.
I have one of these running at all times in my home office. I like this one because it runs for about 8 hours.
Self-massage tool that I try to use daily! I discovered this product at a running expo and is great for rolling along your back, shoulders, glutes and hamstrings. A must if you are a runner! I like the Rad Rounds as well.
Mountain Rose Herbs
My favorite place for ordering teas, herbs, essential oils and spices. Based in Oregon.
Pukka Three Ginger Tea
I’ve been dealing with some joint inflammation in one of my knees, so I’ve been trying to eat and drink turmeric as much as possible. This tea is warming and has a ginger kick.
Terrasoul Superfoods Vanilla Bean Powder
Add to oatmeal, chia pudding, date balls, and smoothies to make them yummy. This is pricey, but this little bag will last you over a year.
Vita Mix Blender
Pricy, but works amazing. I use it at least once a day for smoothies, sauces, dressings, banana nice cream and more. Mine has lasted 10 years, though I did recently have to replace the blending container.
Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
Another kitchen gadget I use daily for making beans, grains, potatoes and soups. I love it so much I’m coveting a second one so I can make my beans and grains at the same time!
Supplements I Take
*I am including this here as I get asked a lot. It changes, but these are supplements I currently take.
Country Life Max for Vegans (multi)
Natural Calm (on occasion, not daily)
